Songs without Names: Poems by Frithjof Schuon Vol. VII-XII-LXII
The night has come — it has gently woven itself around thee
The night has come — it has gently woven itself around thee
With a song that sings of love;
Be grateful, for consolation comes from Above,
For Râdhâ, with golden breasts and loving arms,
Brings thee a greeting from Heaven —
A greeting of Goodness and Mercy.
Access to God thou hast at every moment;
Angels too bring thee tidings from the Most High.
D’un chant qui célèbre l’amour ;
L’accès à Dieu tu l’as à toute heure;
Mit einem Liede, das von Liebe singt;
Zugang zu Gott hast du zu jeder Stunde;
Auch Engel geben dir vom Höchsten Kunde.
