World Wheel: Poems by Frithjof Schuon Volumes IV-VII-CXXV
There are principles that I constantly repeat,
There are principles that I constantly repeat,
Because they belong to the sage who is without fault.
First comes the doctrine concerning God;
Then the invocation of the Highest Name,
Which purifies and liberates the heart;
Then comes the beauty of all virtue, nobility of soul;
And finally the sense of forms, inward and outward.
These are the four
God grant that they be never violated.
