Songs without Names: Poems by Frithjof Schuon Vol. I-VI-LX
In Islam it is said that hell does not last forever,
In Islam it is said that hell does not last forever,
That a cool wind will one day blow through the fire —
And that the damned will finally no longer burn.
They will know the grace of
Mercy is like an immense ring;
The Koran says: “It encompasseth everything.”
La Miséricorde est comme un large anneau ;
Le Coran dit : « Embrassant toute chose. »
Barmherzigkeit ist wie ein weiter Ring;
Sagt der Koran: “Umfassend jedes Ding.”
