World Wheel: Poems by Frithjof Schuon Volumes I-III-CXVI
One should not always repeat the same thing —
One should not always repeat the same
But sometimes one is right to do so;
Heaven has often urged us
To openly accuse something that should not be.
One should not throw stones at the good,
Nor hasten to the aid of the wicked,
Nor add to the image of his evil
Nor should one reject anyone of good will.
Whoever flees the Grace of God cannot be healed.
Mais parfois on a le droit de la redire ;
Il ne vous faut jeter la pierre au bon ;
Doch manchmal hat man recht, es auszusagen;
Der Himmel hat uns oftmals anempfohlen,
Das, was nicht sein soll, offen anzuklagen.
Ihr sollt nicht auf den Guten Steine werfen;
