Songs without Names: Poems by Frithjof Schuon Vol. I-VI-LXXV
Islam has three formulations which should
Islam has three formulations which should
Strongly protect man when the world threatens him:
The first one is absolute;
The others are required by our need.
“No God, if not the One” — this is the first.
And then: “What God has willed” —accept it.
And finally say: “Allah is merciful” —
In this way, always carry trust in thy soul.
L’Islam a trois paroles qui doivent solidement
L’Islam a trois paroles qui doivent solidement
Armer l’homme, quand le monde le menace :
La première parole est chose absolue ;
Die erste Rede ist ein Unbedingtes;
So trage Zuversicht in deinem Sinn.
