The ternary karma, bhakti, jñâna —
Action, love, and knowledge — permeates
The spiritual life. Just as certitude,
Along with serenity, resounds in our spirit.
Action can be affirmative or negative;
Love is either peace or intensity, life;
Knowledge is seeing, and also
The striving of the spirit is many things in one.
La triade karma, bhakti, jnâna — action,
La triade karma, bhakti, jnâna — action,
Amour et faculté de Connaissance — pénètre
La vie spirituelle. Tout comme la certitude,
Avec la sérénité, résonnent dans l’esprit.
L’action peut être affirmative ou négative ;
L’amour est paix ou ferveur, vie ;
La Connaissance est une vision, de même qu’un être —
Multiple en une est l’aspiration de l’esprit.

Das Geistesleben. So wie die Gewissheit,
Mit der Erhabenheit, im Geiste klingt.
Tun kann bejahend sein oder verneinend;
Liebe ist Friede oder Inbrunst, Leben;
Erkenntnis ist ein Sehen, auch ein Sein —
Vieles in Einem ist des Geistes Streben.
