World Wheel: Poems by Frithjof Schuon Volumes I-III-CLXIII
Amongst the first words that I learnt
Amongst the first words that I learnt
Were: “the Lord is my shepherd,”
And “I shall not want.” — For a rich harvest
Is his who forgets world and I in God,
And overcomes all the deception of
And finds himself anew in the Most High.
Fut celle-ci : que le Seigneur est mon berger ;
War dieses: dass der Herr mein Hirte ist;
Dass mir nichts mangeln wird. — Denn reiche Ernte
