World Wheel: Poems by Frithjof Schuon Volumes IV-VII-LVIII
Perhaps thou art tired of thy soul,
Perhaps thou art tired of thy soul,
And thinkest thy wandering has reached its limit,
And that thy poor praying is not
Wake up, and be glad in faith!
Even if thou likest not thy
Well, thou must value it, despite thy weakness;
Thou owest it to the Most High — and to the world.
Happy are those who bring hope to the world.
Soit, mais respecte-la malgré ta faiblesse ;
Wohlan, du musst es trotz der Schwäche achten;
