Autumn Leaves & The Ring-Upâya, Prajnâ

Yab-Yum: each holds the other in close embrace,

Divine Power and divine Spirit; this means:

Upâya is masculine, the Path;

Prajnâ is feminine, the spirit of Wisdom.

But there is another way to interpret it:

Truth is masculine; striving for illumination

Is feminine — O cup, let thyself be filled,

As have all those who have awoken to the Light.

Yab-Yum : ils se tiennent tous deux enlacés,

Force divine et Esprit divin ; c’est-à-dire :

Upâya est le masculin, la Voie ;

Féminine est Prajnâ, l’Esprit de Connaissance.

Mais il y a une autre façon de l’interpréter :

La Vérité est masculine ; féminine est l’aspiration

A l’Illumination — laisse-toi remplir, coupe,

Comme tous ceux qui s’éveillèrent à la Lumière.

Yab-Yum: sie halten beide sich umschlungen,

Göttliche Kraft, göttlicher Geist; das heißt:

Upāya ist das Männliche, der Weg;

Weiblich ist Prajnā, der Erkenntnisgeist.

Doch gibt es eine andre Art, zu deuten:

Wahrheit ist männlich; weiblich ist das Trachten

Nach der Erleuchtung — lass dich, Schale, füllen,

Wie alle jene, die zum Licht erwachten.
