Songs without Names: Poems by Frithjof Schuon Vol. I-VI-CXV
In my childhood, I was told that
In my childhood, I was told that
Nature had chosen naïvety for me,
Because I firmly believed that one and one are two,
And did not believe that a cat is a bird.
If one wants to drink from the fountain of Wisdom —
One must have the necessary gifts.
On doit posséder l’aptitude nécessaire.
