Songs without Names: Poems by Frithjof Schuon Vol. I-VI-XXIV
Suddenly snow came to my forest.
Suddenly snow came to my forest.
The landscape is no longer of this
Everywhere is the heavenly crystal,
On meadow, bush and tree, as far as eye can see.
The forest was life and also a sanctuary
With God’s Presence. Now it is
Neither death nor life, but the scent of
A timeless blessing shines from every branch.
Et soudain la neige vint dans ma forêt ;
Et soudain la neige vint dans ma forêt ;
Und plötzlich kam in meinen Wald der Schnee;
Und plötzlich kam in meinen Wald der Schnee;
