Every day, the Sufi has three thoughts:
Consciousness of his imperfection;
Consciousness of what he should be;
And consciousness of Divine Infinity.
First: may Allah forgive me;
Then: may the Prophet dwell in my heart;
And then: there is but One Reality —
And this will reward the believer with God.
Le Soufi a journellement trois pensées :
Le Soufi a journellement trois pensées :
La conscience de son imperfection ;
La conscience de ce qu’il devrait être ;
La conscience de la Divine Infinitude.
Tout d’abord : puisse Allâh me pardonner ;
Puis : puisse le Prophète résider en mon cœur ;
Ensuite : il n’y a qu’Une Réalité —
Elle récompensera le croyant avec Dieu.
Alltäglich hat der Sufi drei Gedanken:
Alltäglich hat der Sufi drei Gedanken:
Bewusstsein seiner Unvollkommenheit;
Bewusstsein dessen, was er sollte sein;
Bewusstsein Göttlicher Unendlichkeit.
Zu allererst: mög Allāh mir verzeihn;
Dann: möge der Prophet im Herzen wohnen;
Sodann: es gibt nur Eine Wirklichkeit —
Sie wird den Gläubigen mit Gott belohnen.
