The essential thou shouldst always see;

Hence, the essential thou shouldst always do.
The essential thou shouldst always hear;
And in the essential thou shouldst repose.
So, day and night, remember
What the meaning of thine existence is.
Towards the highest Truth, that willed thee,
Thy soul should ever strive.

Dans l’Essentiel tu dois te reposer.
Porte donc nuit et jour en ton esprit

Vers le Vrai Transcendant qui t’a voulu,
Que ton âme tende.
