Songs without Names: Poems by Frithjof Schuon Vol. VII-XII-XXIV
When the Lord God shines into the naught,
When the Lord God shines into the naught,
Then there must also be broken things;
God gives the naught an existence, and this means:
Existing things must live deep in darkness
For a brief moment of time — like empty foam
In the limitless space of blissful Light.
Il doit y avoir aussi des choses brisées ;
Da muss es auch zerbrochne Dinge geben;
In selgen Lichtes grenzenlosem Raum.
