World Wheel: Poems by Frithjof Schuon Volumes I-III-CXXVIII
Learn from the song of the birds in the air,
Learn from the song of the birds in the air,
From the sound of the wind in the forest, from the fragrance of flowers;
The languages God gave to nature,
May they rejoice and uplift
Thou canst, O heart of man, learn from everything:
From the flowers by day, from the stars by night.
Du frémissement de la forêt, du parfum des fleurs ;
Lerne vom Sang der Vögel in der Luft,
Lerne vom Sang der Vögel in der Luft,
Vom Waldesrauschen, von der Blumen Duft;
