World Wheel: Poems by Frithjof Schuon Volumes I-III-XCIX
Someone had the thought of pleasing me
Someone had the thought of pleasing me
By blowing soap bubbles in the
It was not idle play; the bubbles, which pass away,
Teach us, through an image, to see inner realities.
How was the origin of existence conceived?
It was made variegated, round, and colored.
